Rental of Mobile Classroom

The mobile classroom is a set of equipment for comprehensive education in the field. In this context, the field refers to teaching or meeting spaces of the client, rented lecture halls or other leisure facilities.

Thanks to our mobile classroom, you can enjoy the necessary computer lessors without any further transfers or you can spend it in the pleasant environment of a selected restaurant or hotel lounge within company teambuilding or outdoor activities.

The classroom is based on a set of 8 high-performance laptops, equipped with a standard laser mouse which makes them valuable workstations comparable with computers in our classrooms. The classroom also includes a wireless access point allowing network communication to pre-configured stations without the need for any additional cabling.

The standard operation of the classroom expects full service from us, including projection, lecturing services, materials, etc. However, if you are interested only in the equipment, we also offer the possibility of renting (see below).

Possibility of renting:

The renting the mobile classroom is priced according to the number of rented stations and the duration of the loan. The computers are normally equipped with the Windows operating system including commonly used applications, such as Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Adobe Reader, VirtualBox, etc.

4-5 laptops	CZK 500.00 per day for each laptop
6-8 laptops	CZK 400.00 per day for each laptop
WiFi Router	CZK 150.00 per day
Projector	CZK 500.00 per day

Discounts:

A 10% discount is provided when the equipment is rented for 4-5 days.

A 20% discount is provided when the equipment is rented for more than 5 days.

If all 8 stations are rented, the WiFi Router is provided for free.

In the even of implementation of complex training courses, including a lecturer, the price will be calculated individually within the entire quote.
