- BGP – introduction, BGP attributes, monitoring and troubleshooting BGP
- MPLS: Multiprotocol Label Switching – basic concepts, MPLS network structure, used protocols, MPLS – VPN, MPLS Traffic Engineering
- Bandwidth limitations and QoS implementation – CAR (Commiteted Access Rate), Generic Traffic Shaping, Class-Based Shaping, Distibuted Traffic Shaping, Frame Relay Traffic Shaping
- Dial Peers configuration
- Routing optimalization – using route map, load balancing of routing protocols
Expected knowledge: knowledge of network OS and technologies, good knowledge of data networks and TCP / IP protocol terminology, knowledge of Internet protocols, basic knowledge of Cisco routers
